Skin fold and limb circumference measurements in the medical use of Cellu M6® by LPG®. (Leduc A, Leduc O, Heyters C, Piccoli C, Bruhaux C)

Méthodology:

  • 20 female subjects (age 23-40y) presenting cellulite (local lipodystrophy)
  • Number of treatments: 20 Control: measurements from the right and left scapulae (not treated)
  • Treatment frequency: 2 x / week
  • Skin fold and limb circumference taken at the same time of the day on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th treatment.
  • Control on the scapulae area (untreated area)
  • The LPG® was the sole treatment approache

Conclusion

There is a significant decrease in the treated limb perimeters and skin folds. At the scapulae (control) there is no difference.
